Marge has been one of our key team players for over 10 years. She keeps our garage door installation and repair office running smoothly and has excellent customer service skills. She’s made it a point to learn the extremely detailed information on the countless types of parts, motors, springs, doors, etc. and is the “go to” person for all things garages!
She does the lion’s share of ordering doors and is in charge of our garage door parts and accessories department. She also trains the newbies coming in and is certainly one of the most patient people in the office. She takes the time to explain the background behind why things are done a certain way, and will also take you out to one of the garage doors in the warehouse to specifically show you what she’s taking about. She’s an absolute wealth of knowledge, goes out of her way to be helpful, and we all lean on her daily for one thing or another.
